Pickups at our various Niagara locations will vary day by day, but will be generally between 7:45 am and 8:30am. The Niagara bus departs from Toronto as soon as everyone is on board, and this is generally around 8:45am. The tour can be expected to return around 7:00 pm although the exact timing will depend on season, traffic, weather, and other factors beyond our control.

If your desired pickup location for the Niagara trip is listed on this website, and if seats are available for purchase on the website for the day you want to go, then there is space and you can book with confidence. You will, however, need to select a pickup location that is listed on this site and type the location name into the comments field at the end of the booking process. After you book, we will receive your booking details and your pickup location, and the evening before you trip, we will send you an email that confirms the expected pickup time at your selected pickup location.

If you have questions before you decide to book, you can call us at 416 410 0536 or email us at info@citysightseeingtoronto.com and we’ll do our best to help. It may sometimes be possible for us to pick you up at a location that is not listed on this website, as new hotels often pop up that may not be in our latest list online. Please don’t hesitate to call or email us about potential pickups at new locations that aren’t listed here.

Sit back, relax, and enjoy the personalized service that is the cornerstone of our tours. Our friendly, knowledgeable team will make your tour to Niagara Falls an experience that you’ll remember forever.
