Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully, as they govern your relationship with Urban Inc., doing business and operating sightseeing tours (“Services”) as City Sightseeing Toronto (“Company”), and based at 274 Unwin Ave. Toronto, ON M5A 1A3.

These Terms are governed by, and the Services are operated in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We do not charge a service fee for processing credit card payments.

All ticket prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.

HST will be added to the price of all products unless otherwise stated.

Complaints and/or refund requests can only be processed directly through us. All inquiries about complaints and/or refund requests must be sent to us directly in writing at info@citysightseeingtoronto.com.

Prices are per person, unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to limit ticket quantities.

Tickets purchased online cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.

Upon purchasing one or more tickets on this site, you will be emailed a voucher that must be presented to City Sightseeing staff at your preferred boarding point and redeemed for a corresponding quantity and type of physical tickets.

We reserve the right to request that the credit card used to purchase ticket(s) online be presented prior to ticket redemption.

Your voucher can only be redeemed for physical tickets once, and physical tickets must be safeguarded by you at all times because they will not be replaced by us if lost or otherwise unavailable.

The validity period of physical tickets begins as soon as it is issued. In other words, a 48-hour ticket expires exactly 48 hours after the moment at which it was issued to you.

Tickets that are damaged to the point of illegibility, or that have been altered or improperly issued, will not be valid.

If you are found to be travelling with an expired or otherwise invalid ticket, you must exit the bus at the next stop, or purchase a replacement ticket at full cost.

All tickets are non-refundable and must be redeemed within one year of purchase.

Tickets cannot be resold or transferred to anyone else.

We reserve the right to require passengers who are under the age of 2 to ride in an adult’s lap.

Passengers on the upper deck of Company buses must remain seated at all times when the bus is in motion, keep all extremities inside the vehicle, and adhere to all safety instructions as posted or announced by Company staff.

The passenger voluntarily assumes all risk and danger of personal injury or property damage related in any way to the Company and releases the Company, its authorized agents, successors and assigns from all claims and liability arising therefrom. Passengers are to remain seated at all times while the vehicle is in motion and to listen to and follow all directions and safety announcements conveyed by Company staff or postings.

Routes, schedules, pricing, and equipment are subject to change without notice and may be altered at any time and for any reason. The Company reserves the right to use closed-top vehicles instead of open-top vehicles in accordance with weather conditions (e.g. rainy or cold days).

The harbour and islands cruise is seasonal, weather permitting, and subject to the captain’s discretion. In the event that the harbour and islands cruise is not available, or is cut short or otherwise affected by circumstances at hand, no refund will be given.

Seating on bus and boat tours is available on a first-come first-serve basis, and there is no guarantee that there will be available seating on a given vehicle, or at a specific departure time.

Unless otherwise stated, admission fees associated with external attractions are not included in our listed prices, and these fees must be paid separately.

Peripheral expenses such as gratuities for tour staff, personal insurance, food and beverages, and transportation before, during, and after one of our tours are also not included. You should retain sufficient local currency to pay for all of the above items if necessary.

Certain products may involve charges like but not limited to car parking, fuel surcharge and airport taxes or security deposit that are over and above the stated price on the this website. You will have to pay these directly to the relevant service providers in order to consume the service.

Reservations changes are based on availability.

We are not responsible for personal items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Unless otherwise stated in the product detail, these policies apply to all products sold on this site.
