Service Update: Our hop-on hop-off double-decker city tours will continue to operate while Taylor Swift is in town (Nov 14-23) but we will be operating on a modified route in the Entertainment District due to closures related to her epic concerts. Please check our schedule page for the latest details. Sunday November 24th: We will not be operating our hop-on hop-off Toronto double-decker tour on this day due to closures related to the annual Santa Claus Parade. Hop-on hop-off tickets that would have been valid on Sunday will continue to be valid until the same time on Monday. We will, however, be operating our double-decker night tour and our Niagara Falls Day Tour on Sunday November 24th.

We run rain or shine. If it rains during the tour, we will gladly provide you with an official City Sightseeing Toronto rain poncho at no charge.

No. Although some of the city’s top attractions (Eaton Centre, St. Lawrence Market, Distillery, Chinatown etc.) are free to visit, others require that you buy a ticket to get in (CN Tower, Casa Loma, ROM, AGO etc.). You may, however, purchase discounted tickets to many important attractions from the staff on our buses!

Be sure to bring your camera if you have one. If you’re joining us on a hot and sunny day, consider bringing a hat and a bottle of water. And, of course, don’t forget your sense of adventure!

Yes. In fact this is how many of our customers decide to enjoy their tour experience; they join the tour at one of our stops, do a single fun-filled loop through the city, and finish at a point that is convenient for them.

Although we have introduced a few photo and rest pauses at ideal points along our route, our aim is to interrupt the flow of our tour as little as possible. With this in mind, we try to wait at regular stops just long enough to safely exchange any passengers before continuing on.

Yes. Each and every bus has either a live guide or automatic audio systems available on board. Our official Toronto bus tour is fun and informative, telling you about the sights and attractions along our route. Our friendly onboard agents will be more than happy to give you advice on how to make the most of your time in our city.

There will always be live English commentary on the Toronto Bus & Boat Tour. Some buses are equipped with multilingual audio systems that deliver pre-recorded commentary in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Cantonese and Mandarin. Calling us at 416 410 0536 or emailing us at info@citysightseeingtoronto.com if you would like to ride a bus that has a multilingual commentary system. Absolutely. Over the years, we have hosted countless retirees, newlyweds, kids, infants and even newborns. There is something for everyone to love about our wonderful city as seen from our sightseeing buses and boats.

Yes, although it may need to be collapsible.

No, it is not necessary to commit to a specific date or time when booking the Toronto Hop-on Hop-off Double-Decker Sightseeing Tour. Although you are welcome to select a desired date or time (this helps us to project our operational needs on the day in question), this is optional and you can skip this step and book without specifying a specific date.

Even if you do select a specific date, this doesn’t mean that you can only come on this date. If your plans change and you decide to come before or after the date you selected, this is perfectly fine too.

We have a variety of different types of double decker buses some of which are fully wheelchair accessible. For details on the times for which tours are departing specifically on wheelchair accessible buses, please call us at 416 410 0536 or email us at info@citysightseeingtoronto.com

Collapsible wheelchairs can be stored on board any of the city tour vehicles.

If you don’t have access to a printer, not to worry – you’ll be emailed a voucher that features a QR code. All you need to do is present this digital voucher to City Sightseeing Toronto staff on your mobile phone or other mobile device upon arrival and we’ll take it from there!

Just print or forward the voucher you receive by email to the people you are buying them for. They can present this printout or digital voucher to City Sightseeing Toronto staff at a location of their choosing when they are ready to start the tour.
